Shipping Speakers To Us For Repair
Remove all mounting screws and gently pry speaker frame from the cabinet, using a screw driver. Note the positive and negative connections, and mark them appropriately so you can hook everything back up correctly when you receive your speakers back from us.
Place a stiff piece of cardboard in front of the speaker to protect the cone, and wrap up each speaker in bubble wrap.
Place each speaker in a sturdy cardboard box, making sure there is at least 10cm of tightly packed newspaper, packed foam, or bubble wrap around all sides. Double boxing is recommended for heavier speakers. If you ship 2 speakers together, be sure to put each speaker in its own box, and then put the 2 boxes inside one larger box.
